Launched in Boston & Alpha/Beta Products
In 2018, Compt was born in Boston with a clear mission: to revolutionize the way companies approach employee benefits. We rolled out our alpha and beta products, setting the foundation for what would become a leading platform in the benefits space. That same year, we were honored with Product Hunt’s “Shipping in Boston” Award, recognizing our innovation and impact within the Boston tech community.
Expanded Internationally
Compt took a significant leap in 2019 by expanding our reach beyond the U.S. borders, bringing our innovative benefits platform to companies around the globe.
February. Launched Slack Integration
In early 2020, we made it even easier for teams to access their benefits by integrating Compt with Slack. This seamless integration allowed employees to engage with their benefits directly within the platform they use every day.
March. Transitioned to a Fully Remote Team
In the wake of COVID, Compt transitioned to a fully remote team. We adapted quickly, with team members now spread across 11 states, continuing to deliver exceptional service and innovation from wherever we call home.
Launched ADP Partnership & Won SHRM Better Workplaces Challenge Cup
2021 was a year of growth and recognition for Compt. We launched our strategic partnership with ADP, enabling us to bring our personalized benefits solutions to even more companies. Additionally, we were proud to be named the winner of the inaugural SHRM Better Workplaces Challenge Cup, affirming our commitment to creating better workplaces worldwide.
Introduced Rewards & Recognition Product
Later in 2021, we expanded our offerings by launching Compt Rewards and Recognition. This new feature allowed companies to acknowledge and reward their employees in meaningful ways, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation.
Supporting Our 50th Country
By 2022, Compt’s reach had grown exponentially, supporting companies in 50 countries. This milestone highlighted our global impact and our ability to adapt to diverse cultural and geographical needs.
March Launched Business Expense Feature
In spring of 2023, we introduced our Business Expenses product, making it easier and significantly less expensive for companies to manage employee reimbursmeents. This addition further solidified Compt as a comprehensive solution for modern workplaces.
Supporting 75+ Countries, Launched Teams Integration, & Winning the Transform Rewards Trailblazer Award
As of 2024, Compt proudly supports companies in over 75 countries, providing customized, scalable lifestyle benefits solutions to a diverse, global workforce. Launched our Microsoft Teams integration, further enhancing our platform’s accessibility and ease of use. We were also recognized with the “Rewards Trailblazer: Total Rewards Strategy of the Year” award at Transform, underscoring our leadership in redefining employee benefits.
